on the shore of the Río Serrano, with a spectacular view of the
Paine Cordillera, just 7 kilometers away from the Main
Headquarters of the Torres del Paine National Park, this is the
ideal place to start all the excursions available within the
Torres del Paine and Bernardo O'Higgins National Parks.

GASTRONOMY |

One of the absolute strengths on the
Lodging is the food. We count with a grill for meats and fish, and a
quincho to roast lambs, two characteristics that set us apart from
neighbouring hotels, and make our lodging so appealing for
international guests, since it allows then to try the typical food
of our region. |

For those who’d like to try more
elaborate dishes, the lodging has created new creative and well
elaborated alternatives, making sure that the raw material comes
from the best local and national suppliers. All pastries are
completely prepared in the hotel; these are mainly offered at
breakfast, together with a revitalizing buffet. The home-made ice-creams,
made out of Patagonian fruits, are another introduced element for
our clients to try at tea time or as a dessert at the end of the
meal.
Once in Chile, no visitor refuses to taste the quality of its wines.
Taking this into account, the Lodging offers a very wide menu of
wines and appetizers that, not only go nicely with the food, but
it’s also a perfect excuse to simply enjoy the views of the place
and, why not just say it, there’s nothing more pleasant that to
watch the fury of nature, so common in Patagonia, sitting on the
hotel’s dinning room with a nice glass of wine or a sparkling pisco
sour. |
