Day
1 : Arica – Putre
Departure
of the Tour to the 10:30 hrs. We will visit the Agricultural Terminal to know a typical market, we will enter to the
Valle de Azapa, in the road we will observe the Geoglífo La
Tropilla, we will visit the Museum San Miguel of Azapa. we will Cross toward the
Valle de Lluta where we will have a view of both valleys. We will eat lunch in an ecological community
Ecotruly. We will appreciate the cactus candelabro and the magnetic area, we will visit a pre-Inca strength in
Copaquilla and we will know a town precordillerano Socoroma 3000 msnm, we will make a walk toward this town of approximately 1 hour, small break (coffee and
cookies). Arrival to Putre 3500 MSN to the 18:30 hrs. approximately. Accommodation.
Day
2: Putre – Parque Nacional Lauca – Parinacota
Departure
from the lodging in Putre to the 08:30 hrs. aprox. We will have breakfast in Putre or in
Thermal baths of Jurasi. To continue but it takes to the Bofedal
de las Cuevas where we will make a walk of 40 min. In the road we will see wild
vicuñas, vizcachas and we will know bofedales, base of the ecosystem in the highland
(Mirador Bofedal de Parinacota). we will be able to admire a great variety of birds like the
pitios of the north, guallatas, taguas, among others. We will admire the
Lake Chungara, the Lagoons Cotacotani where we will make a walk of approximately 3 hours (optional). we will Make the picnic -
lunch in the town of Parinacota, we will travel the town. Lodging at home of Leonel Teran
(basic).
Day 3 : Parinacota – Parque Nacional Sajama
– Arica
Breakfast in the Town of Parinacota.
Departure with address to the Complex Border Lake Chungara,
later of controlling International Police, is 7 km until the frontier
with Bolivia. Immediately after we finds the town of Tambo Quemado. Here
this the control Bolivian customs officer.
Near here and in address to La Paz, the Estancia Lagunas
is located, where it is the small church of the Virgen de los
Remedios de Lagunas, of the XVIII century. In their interior it
keeps paintings murals. Their tower this separate one and it has a small
chapel of calvary cross and puddles. After the presbytery there is a
small cemetery.
But it advances toward the continuous left the old route that goes by
the town altiplánica of
Sajama whose layout is prehispanic. It conserves the beautiful
Virgen de la Navidad de Sajama, of the XVIII century.
Sajama National Park created in 1939, for it protects the ecosystem Bolivian altoandino that includes queñoa forests, tolares, bofedales and pastizales of height. Also, it constitutes an area of vicuñas
protection, ñandúes and quirquinchos, among other species. We will visit the
Thermal baths of Wichu Khollu, where we will make our accustomed picnic ,con impressive views of the snowy
Sajama Parinacota and Pomerape, these mountains very frequented from all over the world by andinistas,
return to Arica, arrival to this city at 18:00 hrs approximately.

Nacional Sajama
creado en 1939, para protege el ecosistema altoandino boliviano que
incluye bosques de queñoa, tolares, bofedales y pastizales de altura.
Además, constituye un area de protección de vicuñas, ñandúes y
quirquinchos, entre otras especies. Visitaremos las Termas
de Wichu Khollu , donde haremos nuestro acostumbrado picnic ,con
impresionantes vistas de los nevado Sajama
Parinacota y Pomerape ,
estas montañas muy frecuentadas por andinistas de todo el mundo ,
retorno a Arica , arribo a esta ciudad a las 18:00 hrs aproximadamente
