COMMERCIAL CONDITIONS
TURISMO PALI AIKE TRAVEL AGENCY

Reservations: Any reservation services
must be requested in writing by fax or e-mail and are
therefore confirmed once payment is made of 100% of the total.
Our prices include: The services specified
in each itinerary, as detailed in paragraph "program
includes".
Our programs do not include:
- Food, unless otherwise expressly specified in the program.
- Transfers not covered.
- Any extra at hotels.
- Tips.
- In general, any extra services or expenses not specified in
programs.
Note:
- The prices indicated in each Tour are subject to change without notice.
- The activities described in our programs, with opportunities to observe
wildlife depend on natural conditions existing at the time of
the trip, as the sites visited nature reserves in which
animals move freely.
Registration and Payment:
After the reservation made and confirmed by Turismo Pali Aike
will be given a deadline for payment service 100% of the total
value of the Tour.
In the event that the passenger has not yet canceled the total value of travel
on the agreed date, we will automatically cancel the
reservation.
Reservations may be
paid
by Credit Card
on our website
through
PayPal
for foreigners and
PagoMaster
for
Chileans,
with bank deposit
in our bank account
or
by bank transfer,
send
money by Western
Union.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Due to the existence of numerous intermediaries (hotels,
transport, etc..), And time limits for payments required by
them to travel organizers, warrants, that are most important
while closer the departure date.
Consequently, for the costs of organization, administration and Reserves,
proceed as follows:
A).
Programs include accommodation must be canceled 50 days before
maximum.

D).
Having begun the journey, passengers are
not entitled to a refund
for any trips which terminate, or for

If
reasons beyond the company had to suspend
the continuation of
activities already under way, the
passenger is entitled to reimbursement,
deduction
of the services already used.
Failure to meet a number

Alterations: The organizer
reserves the right to modify the itinerary and / or alter the
schedule if circumstances or force majeure obliged to, for
better organization and development of the Tour.
If the trip had to continue beyond that required by reasons not attributable
to the company (interruption of roads, natural disasters,
closures, etc.)., The costs of room and board paid by the
passenger.
Hours: Departure times of
the tours will be seen promptly by the passenger.
If this is not fulfilled at the appointed time and loses the Bus, will be
responsible for the expenses that it originated later.
Responsibilities: The
Operator Turismo Pali Aike, organizer of the tours described
ensures full compliance of the proposed programs and services
that they include, but explicitly states that only acts as an
intermediary between travelers and service providers
consisting
in the itinerary, such as transport companies, hotels, etc..
Therefore no responsibility for deficiencies in any of the
services provided by such suppliers.
Like any damage, injury, accident, theft, delays or irregularities that might
occur during the execution of services to persons making the
journey through it, so the luggage and other objects of your
property.
Baggage and Personal Belongings:
The Pali Aike Travel Agency is not responsible for loss of
baggage or passengers' personal items.
Provided that the passenger is directly responsible for their belongings.
Conduct of Passengers: In
the event that a passenger due to his conduct or behave
inappropriately, constitutes a nuisance to other passengers,
the guide or driver is authorized to represent their behavior,
and in case of recidivism,
require you to abandon the tour.
The passenger is not entitled to refund or part thereof.
Note: The Agency Operator reserves the
right to refuse admission.
Suggestions and Complaints: Any complaint
must be made directly at the offices of Turismo Pali Aike.
Insurance: Programs and tours DO NOT
INCLUDE ANY INSURANCE FOR STUFF AND PEOPLE.
Knowledge of Business Conditions:
By entering or making the purchase of the Tour, it is
automatically understood that the customer is notified and
accepts all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
