1 : PUNTA ARENAS – TORRES DEL PAINE
Morning pick-up
at your Punta Arenas hotel.
Drive to Puerto Natales in a public bus.
Lunch.
In
the afternoon we enter Torres del Paine National Park where we have
great viewing of guanaco and rhea.
Refuge at Las Torres or campsite. 
Day 2 : VALLE ASCENCIO HIKE
8 HOURS
Today we ascend Valle Ascensio to the very base of the
granite Towers of Paine.
It is a beautiful hike through the steppe
and Southern Beech forests to the alpine glacier and its tarn beneath an
incredible vertical world of ice and granite.
The views are
spectacular.
Return to refuge or campsite in the evening. 
Day
3 : TORRES DEL PAINE – P ARENAS
After breakfast a
short free morning in the area.
Afternoon transfer back to Puerto
Natales in a public bus and connections to Punta Arenas (unguided
transfer).
Or you may wish to connect to our Los Glaciares Adventure
in Argentina or sea kayaking expedition in Tierra del Fuego.

Day
1 : PUNTA ARENAS – PUERTO NATALES – TORRES DEL PAINE
(6 HOURS)
Morning pick-up at your Punta Arenas hotel.
Drive to Puerto Natales.
Lunch.

Camp at Las Torres.
Day 2 : VALLE ASCENCIO HIKE 8 HOURS
Today we ascend Valle Ascencio to the very base of the granite Towers of

ice and granite.
The views are spectacular.
Return to camp in the evening.
Day 3 : LAS TORRES CAMP – LOS CUERNOS 4 HOURS
After breaking camp, we trek to Refugio “Los Cuernos” along the lago
Nodenskjold. right in front of the famous "Horns" of Paine (the
Cuernos).
After hiking we make our campsite.
Day 4 : VALLE FRANCES TREK – PEHOE CAMP 6 HOURS
In the morning we will trek along Lago Skottsberg. Here we have terrific
views of Paine Grande and the famous turbidite tipped towers of the
Cuernos.
We continue to the mouth of Rio Frances and hike up Valle Frances,
directly below the Frances Glacier to the British camp between the
granite walls of Fortaleza, the Cuernos, and Paine Grande.
Avalanches from the Francais Glacier keep us mesmerized while views of
the Southern Patagonia Icecap are amazing.
Return to Pehoe camp.
Day 5 : HIKE GREY GLACIER BACK PEHOE CAMP 8 HOURS
Today we hike to the edge of the Grey Glacier through a temperate
rainforest that clings to the mountains steep sides.
Such lush vegetation next to the ice and below the steep summit of Paine
Grande is a unique environment.
Often we are treated to the sight of the magnificent Magalenic
Woodpecker or the incredible explosions of calving ice!
Return to camp.
Day 6 : PUBLIC BUS TO P NATALES & PUNTA ARENAS 7
HOURS
Returning by boat across Lago Pehoe, we traverse along the south shore
of Lago Nordenskjold with fantastic views of the whole Paine pluton.
Windswept water on the exposed lake sometimes creates 500 foot
waterspouts.
Public bus meets us and carries us on through guanaco breeding grounds
then south to the picturesque town of Puerto Natales, on the shores of
the famous Last Hope Sound. and transfer to a modern public bus for the
return trip to Punta Arenas

Transfer in from the Punta Arenas airport to your hotel.
Evening orientation.

Day 2 : PUNTA ARENAS - PENGUIN COLONY - NATALES - TORRES
DEL PAINE (7 HOURS)
Morning pick-up at your Punta Arenas hotel.
Drive to Seno Otway to visit a rookery of Magallenic Penguins.
Picnic lunch.
Continue our drive in the afternoon past picturesque Puerto Natales.
In the afternoon we enter the Park where we have great viewing of
guanaco and rhea.
Evening arrival at our lodge site in the Park.
All meals included through Day 4.
Day 3 : TORRES DEL PAINE - VALLE ASENCIO (8 HOURS)
Today weather permitting we will ascend Valle Ascensio to the very base
of the granite Towers of Paine.
It is a beautiful 6 to 8 hour hike through the steppe and Southern Beach
forests to the alpine glacier and its tarn beneath the Paine Towers.
Return to our lodge for the night.
Day 4 : TORRES DEL PAINE WEST SIDE TRAILS
In the morning we would drive to the west side of the Park through
guanaco breeding grounds, and hike along the shores of Lago Grey.
Icebergs from the Grey glacier wash up right next to our trail on the
lakes shores.
The temperate rainforest that clings to the mountains steep sides
creates a unique environment lying next to the glacial ice. Often we are
treated to the incredible explosions of calving ice!
Weather permitting an optional boat ride will take you to the face of
the glacier.
Afternoon hike around Sierra Toro gives us spectacular views of the
entire massif.
Return to our lodge.
Day 5 : TORRES DEL PAINE - PUERTO NATALES - PUNTA ARENAS
(6 HOURS)
In the morning we depart the Park and drive to Puerto Natales to start
the Last Hope Sound trip extension or transfer to Punta Arenas for the
evening departing flights.

Transfer from the airport to Seno Otway to visit a rookeryof over 3

Continue to our Puerto Natales Hotel (3 hours driving).

Day 2 : PUERTO NATALES – PAINE – PEHOE CAMP 3 HOURS
DRIVE
Morning pick-up at your Puerto Natales hotel.
Drive to Torres del Paine National Park.
After two hours drive we enter the Park where we have great viewing of
guanaco and rhea.
After hiking to the electric falls of Salto Grande, we make a short
crossing of Lago Pehoe on a stable catamaran to our campsite.
Day 3 : TREK GLACIAR GREY – PEHOE CAMP 8 HOURS
Today we hike to the edge of the Grey Glacier through atemperate
rainforest that clings to the mountain‘s steep sides.Such lush
vegetation next to the ice and below the steepsummit of Paine Grande is
a unique environment.
Often we are treated to the sight of the magnificent Magalenic
Woodpecker orthe incredible explosions of calving ice! Return to Pehoe
camp.
Day 4 : TREK VALLE FRANCES (8 HOURS) – PEHOE CAMP

Here a cozy hotel and farewell dinner await us.
Day 7 : PUERTO NATALES – PUNTA ARENAS 3 HOURS DRIVE
Morning transfer back to Punta Arenas and to afternoon connections at
the airport.
Or you may wish to connect to our Los Glaciares Adventure in Argentina
or sea kayaking expedition in the fjords of Tierra del Fuego.

Day 2 : PUNTA ARENAS – TORRES DEL PAINE 6 HOURS
Morning departure from your hotel in Punta Arenas. Drive to Seno Otway
to visit a rookery of Magellanic Penguins.
Picnic lunch.
Afternoon arrival at Torres del Paine Park.
Overnight in a converted estancia (ranch) Las Torres.
All breakfasts and lunches included through Day 6.

Day 3 : VALLE ASENCIO HIKES 8 HOURS
Today we have the option of a long hike to the tarn at the base of the
spectacular Torres del Paine.
This hike climbs Valle Ascencio to the foot of the Torres Glacier.
Others may choose optional horseback riding on this trail or other
trails.
Afternoon return to our hosteria
Day 4 : TORRES DEL PAINE WEST SIDE
Our morning drive to the west side of the park passes through guanaco
breeding grounds.
We have plenty of time to view and photograph the guanaco and rhea (our
Ostrich equivalent).
We will visit the Park Visitor Center on our way to Hosterias Grey,
Tyndall or Cabanas de Paine.
Overnight in the hosteria.
Day 5 : HIKES LAGO GREY ZONE
We offer different guided hikes today, but a must see is the beach/moraine
of Lago Grey and the huge icebergs that pile against it from the Grey
Glacier 5 kms. away.
An optional boat ride is available (depending on the weather) that
crosses the lake and passes across the face of the glacier.
Other hikes are to Lago Pingo or a cross country climb of Cerro Donoso
that offers terrific views of the ice cap and Paine Pluton.
Return to hosteria for the night.
Day 6 : TORRES DEL PAINE TRAILS – PUERTO NATALES
Leaving Lago Grey we drive to Salto Grande.
A fantastic trail takes us to the brink of this mesmerizing falls.
Further on the trail reaches Lago Nordenskjold where we get fantastic
views of the Francaise Glacier and the black tipped spires of the
Cuernos.
Returning to our vehicle we continue to Puerto Natales, a picturesque
port on the shores of Last Hope Sound.

Day 7 : PUERTO NATALES – PUNTA ARENAS AIRPORT 3

In the morning we depart Puerto Natales and drive to the PuntaArenas
airport for afternoon departing flights.
Perhaps you would like to continue on to Argentina with our Los
Glaciares Adventure or do some sea kayaking in the fjords of Tierra
delFuego.

Breakfast. Early morning trekking from Torre Norte Refuge to Los Cuernos Refuge (4 hours). Lunch, dinner and lodging in Los
Cuernos Refuge.

Breakfast. Early morning trekking with lunch box from Los
Cuernos Refuge to Campamento Británico (British Camp) and Valle
Francés (French Valley)
continuation of the walk to the Paine Grande Refuge (9 hours).
Arrival to Paine Grande Refuge, dinner and lodging.
DAY
5 (TREK) :
Breakfast. Early morning (08:00 a.m) trekking from Paine Grande Refuge
to Grey Refuge, lunch. Visiting the Observatory of the Grey
Glacier, return to Paine Grande Refuge, at 18:30 hrs. sailing througt
Pehoé Lake to Pudeto Refuge, arrival at 19:00 p.m. Regular bus
toward Puerto Natales. Lodging.
DAY
6 :
Breakfast. Transfer by regular bus to Punta Arenas.

Program
of 6 days with 4 days of trekking in Torres del Paine National
Park.
Day
1 :
Trip to Puerto Natales on a Regular Bus Line. Timetable free to
choose. Duration of the trip is 3 hours. On the road you´ll be
able to enjoy a typical magellanic landscape. Arrival. The rest
of the day is free for personal activities. Lodging.
Day
2 :
Breakfast. Departure from the Lodging at 07:30 a.m. to the
Natural Monument "Milodón Cave", an interesting
historical place 25 kms distant from the north of Puerto
Natales, place which was formely inhabited by the Milodón, also
known as the "toothless lazy one", whose natural size
replica is exhibited at the entrance of the cave. Later on it
was inhabited by the aborigines of the zone. Lunch. After having
taken a short step through history and walked a few more kms.,
you´ll arrive at Torres del Paine National Park to enjoy a
scenario of natural beauty. The pleases to be visited are :
Laguna Amarga (Bitter Lake), Lago Sarmiento (Sarmiento Lake),
Lago Nordenskjöld (Nordenskjöld Lake), Lago Pehoé ( Pehoé
Lake), Salto Chico (Small waterfall), Salto Grande ( Big
waterfall), Lago and Glaciar Grey (Grey Lake and Glacier) and
the administrative office of Conaf in Río Serrano (Serrano
River). Return to Laguna Amarga. Transfer to Torre Norte Refuge.
Dinner and Lodging.
Day
3 (TREK) :
Breakfast. Trekking toward Chileno Refuge, Lunch. Trekking from
Chileno Refuge to the Observatory and the Base of the Torres del
Paine, return to Torre Norte Refuge (8 hours round trip). Dinner
and Lodging.
