Rates Hostería Lago Tyndall

REGULATIONS FOR RESERVATIONS AND PREPAYMENTS

All the reservations must be asked and confirmed in writing.
GROUPS (over 8 passengers, including the driver and tour guide)
Pre payment of 100% is demanded to maintain OK yout reservation, otherwise it will be annulled. 
This payment will be neither refunded nor transferred to another reservations, without taking into consideration the cause for the cancellation.

INDIVIDUALS (Up to 7 passengers)
Pre payment of 100% is demanded to maintain OK yout reservation, otherwise it will be annulled.

REGULATIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS

All the cancellations must be sent "only via fax". A reservation will be canceled, once we confirm in writing the canceling.

Groups: In case the cancellation is done within 44 days or less, the 100 per cent of the prepayment will be retained.

When the cancellation is done within 30 days or less, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.

If there are group reservations in a serial order, the prepayment will not be transferred to the next serial group.

If an individual reservation is canceled within 29 days or less, the 100 per cent of the prepayment will be retained.
Within 15 days or less, the total rate of the reservation will be charged.

* Breakfast, served in the dining room of the Hostería, as well as room service are included in the same rate

Small and welcoming cottages with beautiful view to the Cuernos del Payne. (36 m2 + terrace)

OBSERVATIONS

* The cottages will be sold only as cottages not as rooms, which means that for every cottage there must be only one reservation.
* The cottages will be available for a maximum of six or four passengers, depending on the reservation made.
* The cottages will be equipped with sheets and towels.
* The cottages for 6 people have 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with two bunk beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, heating system, a bathroom and a rest room.
* The cottages for four people have two bedrooms with 2 single beds each one, a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, heating system, a bathroom and a rest room. (There are 3 cottages of this kind).
* The "Cabañas Tyndall" are part of the range of services provided, so the passengers staying at them, as well as those staying at the Hostería, will have room service and breakfast included in the rate.
* All the passengers staying at the Cabañas Tyndall will have the possibility to choose the restaurant service at the Hostería, if they want to.
* The general regulations related to the prepayments, payments and cancellations are valid for the Hostería as well as for the Cabañas Tyndall.
